Sundae

Caramel: one Tablespoon 
Cream: two tablespoons 
Chocolate coated marshmallows: two 
Cherries (glac): two 
Cherry flavoured jelly: two Tablespoons 
Chocolate flavoured ice-cream, one scoop 
Chopped nuts 

Per serving: 
Cover bottom of a parfait glass with two tablespoons of cherry jelly. 
Shape the ice-cream into a ball and place onto the top of the jelly. 
Chop up the marshmallows and spoon it onto the top of the ice-cream. 
Spoon the caramel over the marshmallow. 
Pipe the beaten cream over the caramel. 
Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and top the Sundae off with two cherries.
